Training and Development


Our extensive training and development programme is designed to equip all our staff with courses suitable for them at every stage in their career. Opportunities include courses in being more media savvy, crisis management, using research and building social networks. Every staff member is encouraged to participate in training and managers ensure time is made available for it.

To ensure staff development needs are being met every member of the Burson-Marsteller team has an annual personal development plan (PDP each year). In addition to objectives for the year ahead, every PDP includes personal development goals for the year. This is to ensure that each individual’s career aspirations and goals are understood by the agency and that any specific training, coaching and professional growth needs are identified.
